Thank you for visiting our website and our programs, mobile applications (Harmoni), tests and other additional services (collectively the “Service”) offered by BestSolution AS, located in Skeievegen 1, 3560 Hemsedal, Norway.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who use the Service. By using our Services, you agree to these terms. Please read these carefully.
Use of the Service
When using the Service, you understand that BestSolution is not a crisis service and cannot be held responsible if the Service does not work for you.
Use of our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
Become a member
You can register as a free user (a “Member”). After you have become a Member, you will be given the opportunity to register in a program/Services that require fees. To become a Member, you must enter your e-mail address and create a username and password to be used together with this e-mail address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You must be 16 years of age to register as a user of the Services. Persons under the age of 16 may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of parents or guardians, under these persons’ accounts, and are otherwise subject to these terms.
Material offered through the products
All material and intellectual property rights (including software and content, whether downloaded or not) contained in the Services are owned by BestSolution AS (or our affiliates and/or third party licensors where applicable), unless otherwise stated.
Audio or video content from the Services that is not expressly designated as downloadable may not be downloaded, copied or distributed.
End the relationship
We may terminate your use of the Service if you do not comply with these terms. We may also withdraw the Service at any time if we give you reasonable notice that we plan to do so.
If you or we terminate your use of the Service or withdraw the Service as described in this section, we may delete all information we have about you. You will also lose your rights to use the Service or access our content. We will not offer you compensation for losses.
Our guarantees and disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. This means that we cannot promise that the use of the Service will be uninterrupted without delays or error-free.
Responsibility for our Services
When permitted by law, BestSolution AS and its suppliers and partners are not responsible for loss of profit, income or data, financial loss, indirect or special loss, consequential loss or punitive damages in cases where the Services are not available or the Services do not meet the expected quality for the member or from use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of our negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Norwegian law.
Links to third parties
Where our website contains links to other websites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. BestSolution has no control over the content of these websites or resources. We will do our best to ensure that third party links do not contain incorrect information. We accept no responsibility for the content of websites linked to our website. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur from using them.
Changes to the Service
The Service may change from time to time as we develop, fine-tune or add more features to the Service. In addition, BestSolution may temporarily or permanently stop providing the Services, or any functions in the Services, to you or to users in general. These changes to the Service may affect previous activities on the Service and the functions you use. Any changes to the Service could potentially result in your service elements being deleted or reset.
You agree that an important characteristic of our Service is that changes to the Services will take place over time, and that this is an important basis for giving you access to the Services. Once we have made changes to the Service, your continued use of the Service will indicate that you have accepted changes to the Services. You are always free to stop using the Service.
We may at any time and from time to time, at our sole discretion, change fees and charges, or add new fees and charges to any of the Services. We will, when possible and reasonable, contact you to inform you of any significant changes to the Service. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel your membership or subscription by uninstalling the Harmoni app, alternatively send an email to post@BestSolution.no.

We may change these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service, for example to reflect changes in the law or changes to the Services. You should read the terms regularly.
These terms govern the relationship between BestSolution AS and you. They do not create any recipient rights with third parties.

As we are based in Norway, Norwegian law will apply to all disputes and the interpretation of these terms and conditions. The Norwegian courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
