Now you have a good idea of how your day looked and in which situations you had a negative experience.

The next step is to understand how these situations affect you.

  1. Are you aware of when a negative situation occurs?
  2. Is there one or more people who are often involved in situations that give you a negative experience?
  3. Do you experience negative situations where you feel you should, must, or have to?
  4. Are there situations where you are always late or have to wait for others?
  5. Do you often feel unlucky in situations?
  6. Are there negative situations that repeat themselves in your daily life?
  7. Do you often find yourself in situations where you have too much to do?
