11. Consequences

Welcome to step 11, which focuses on your consequences.

 

In this step, you will explore the consequences you experience as a result of your reactions and actions.

 

How you react and act, both in relation to yourself and others, will lead to either positive or negative consequences. When you respond well and take care of yourself, you will experience fewer negative consequences.

 

Learn from your consequences

You will practice identifying situations where you achieve good results and understanding how you reacted and acted in those situations.

 

It is also important to learn from situations where you were not satisfied with the outcome and figure out how to avoid unwanted consequences in the future. A key factor is being aware when making decisions so that you are in control.

 

Often, we avoid acting because we are afraid of potential negative consequences.
