Take some time to think about situations that arise in your daily life. In which situations do you have a negative experience, and what was the cause of that experience? In which situations do you feel happy?

  1. What triggers your reactions?
  2. How uncomfortable do you find your own and others’ reactions?
  3. How do the reactions affect you, both physically and emotionally?
  4. How do you respond to others’ body language, demeanor, or behavior?
  5. How do you react when something doesn’t suit you?
  6. How do you handle criticism, both from yourself and others?
