Checklist

The goal of this step is to identify the situations where you have expectations of yourself and others.

 

  • In what situations did you react?
  • Which emotion was the strongest?
  • What did you expect in that situation?
  • Use the Stop Stress exercise when you notice your wishes or expectations are not being met.

 

Have you ever felt like you’re not good enough? The reason might be that your expectations of yourself are higher than you can realistically meet.
