Checklist
- When you push yourself too far, you may feel dissatisfied and exhausted. Practice setting boundaries and listening to your body.
- Remember that you can control your actions and, therefore, the consequences – train yourself to recognize what is good for you.
- Sometimes you need to express to others what is good for you.
- Every time you have a negative experience, reflect on why you feel that way and work on getting out of the negative state as quickly as possible.
Good luck identifying your reaction patterns and consequences, and remember to practice making choices that are good for you!
