Your state reveals your emotions
Your state – mood, physical condition, and energy – reflects how you feel. Your state is influenced by your emotions, expectations, truths, and needs.
When you are in a good mood and feel physically well, you know you are in a positive emotional state. On the other hand, if you wake up grumpy or feel exhausted, your state is negative.
A positive state makes it easier to create positive changes, but fears buried in your subconscious can hinder this.
These fears are often ingrained in your brain through your experiences and life story.
The challenge of understanding your state
It can be difficult to identify the state you are in.
A good indicator is noticing whether things flow smoothly or if you encounter a lot of resistance.
When your state is positive, you attract opportunities more easily, and your day feels better. But when your state is negative, even simple tasks can feel heavy and overwhelming.
