Exercise: Journal

Now take some time to reflect on how you’re feeling:

  1. How are you feeling right now? Do you feel good?
  2. If yes, can you think about why you feel good? What have you done?
  3. If no, figure out why you don’t feel good. What triggered this feeling?
  4. What was said or done that caused the discomfort? Or perhaps it was something that wasn’t said or done that you reacted to?
