Exercise: Journal

Record situations where your truths limit or frustrate you.

Each time a belief or truth feels limiting, there is often fear behind it. Notice patterns and try to challenge these truths by identifying the underlying fear.

For example, your truth might be:

«I don’t need to speak up in the meeting because my opinion isn’t important.» But the fear behind it might be: «I’m afraid no one will take me seriously, and I’m nervous about presenting my ideas.»

Think about the truths that drive your reactions:

  • Do they help you, or do they hold you back?
  • Are they based on past fears or current realities?

Reflect on situations where your truths have either empowered or limited you, and consider whether it’s time to make changes.
