Take some time to think about situations that arise in your daily life. In which situations do you have a negative experience, and what was the cause of that experience? In which situations do you feel happy?
- What triggers your reactions?
- How uncomfortable do you find your own and others’ reactions?
- How do the reactions affect you, both physically and emotionally?
- How do you respond to others’ body language, demeanor, or behavior?
- How do you react when something doesn’t suit you?
- How do you handle criticism, both from yourself and others?
