In this step, you will become aware of how emotions influence you and your daily choices.

 

Emotions can shift quickly—sometimes you feel disappointment, frustration, or sadness, while at other times you experience joy. These emotions play a significant role in shaping your mood and how you approach the day.

 

The goal here is to learn how to quickly move out of difficult emotions. Often, there is an underlying fear hidden behind negative emotions. By asking yourself the question: «What am I really reacting to?» you can begin to explore what lies behind the emotion.

 

Emotions can be a great ally but can also become a challenge if they take over.
