    Harmoni app – End User Agreement (EULA)

    This End User License Agreement (EULA) is between you and BestSolution AS (“Harmony”) and governs the use of the Harmony app made available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. By installing the Harmony app, you agree to be bound by this agreement and understand that offensive content is not tolerated. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to use the Harmony app.

    1.Parties

    This agreement is between you and Harmoni, not Apple, Inc. or Google LLC. However, you acknowledge that Apple and Google, as well as their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you. Harmoni, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the content and functionality of the Harmoni app.

    2. Privacy

    Harmoni may collect and use information about your use of the app, including certain types of data from your device. All information collected will be used in anonymized form to analyze and improve the Harmoni app.

    3. Limited license

    Harmoni grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal and non-commercial use. You may only use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

    4. Age restrictions

    By using the Harmoni app, you confirm that:
    • You are at least 18 years old, or
    • You have obtained verified consent from a parent or guardian if you are under 18 years old.
    If Harmoni suspects that you are under 18 years old and do not have valid consent, your access may be terminated without notice.

    5. Get smarter responses, upload files and images, and more.

    All content in the Harmoni app is moderated to ensure it does not include offensive material. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Sexually explicit material
    • Obscene, defamatory, or violent content
    • Content that infringes on third-party rights
    • Promotion of illegal or regulated substances
    • Gambling, such as online casinos or poker

    6. Disclaimer of warranty

    Harmoni disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law. Any legal warranties that cannot be disclaimed will be the responsibility of Harmoni, not Apple or Google.

    7. Maintenance and support

    Harmoni offers minimal maintenance or support. To the extent required by law, Harmoni is responsible for this, not Apple or Google.

    8. Product requirements

    Harmoni is responsible for any claims from you related to the app, including:
    • Product liability
    • That the app does not meet legal requirements
    • Claims under consumer protection

    9. Third-party intellectual property claims

    Harmoni is responsible for investigating and handling any third-party claims related to the app, including allegations of intellectual property infringement.

    Acceptance of terms

    By installing and using the Harmony app, you are deemed to accept this End User License Agreement, our disclaimer, privacy Policy, Terms of Use and EULA.
