"Flå municipality has for several years had a very high sickness absence rate in one of its units (15-18%). A series of measures
has been carried out without success. At the same time, the employees score highly on the comfort factor of it
the workplace. In autumn 2013, a concrete investment started. Interviews were conducted with each individual
employees about what the individual meant and thought about the high sickness absence. At the same time we introduced

"It is absolutely incredible when you understand what emotions do to the body. Many people are good at closing "out"
