The Harmoni Method is available on the Harmoni mobile app. It was developed by people who have themselves experienced the effect of the method. The purpose of the Harmony Method is to help people improve their mental skills and their own well-being. Our interactive and user-friendly programs give you tools to reduce stress, improve mental health and create healthy habits for yourself. The programs are tailored to your challenges and along the way you will be introduced to stories of other people who have experienced the same types of challenges as you, in addition to following their journey through the treatment.
The Harmoni app is downloaded from Google Play or the Apple store. Follow the links on this website, download the Harmoni app and register as a new user.
The first step is to register.
In the next step, the online course starts, which shows you how to use the Harmoni app, step by step.
Detailed data is stored for a maximum of 90 days. Once 90 days have passed, key data will be stored for a maximum of 5 years.
The data is stored on Google Firebase. Only you can see your data.
