Mental health
Many people struggle with mental health
There could be several reasons for this, the top three main focuses I would like to focus on are:
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Depression
Stress can lead to both depression and anxiety. This can occur in many ways. We humans can recognize ourselves on several spectrums.
Here I will present a personal story about my life:
I have played football since I was 6 years old, went to school, had good friends and extremely talented. I was generally good at most things I touched.
This continued until 3. class in high school.
It is the year 2022 and I choose to quit my upper secondary education. On the way from 1 to 3. class at upper secondary school, there have been extremely many changes.
To put this in the correct order:
- I was a great soccer talent that ended abruptly after a broken leg.
- I had a boyfriend for almost 4 years, from the 9. class at secondary school, up to 3. class in high school.
All these changes in life were not good for me:
- I had more and more absences from school.
- I couldn’t focus on what was important to me, and by that I mean my mental health and my physical health.
This caused that:
- my body weight gradually increased upwards and I put on more and more weight.
- I went from good routines and habits to bad habits and routines.
- I went from a fit, healthy body and good mental health to an overweight and boring personality because I no longer dared to bet on my dreams.
I myself got a lot of help from the exercise that you get access to in the “basic” course, and which is presented in the mini course.
